The Draconids

An ancient people that lived in Meteor Falls Village a long time ago, during a time where meteors constantly showered the area. After the creation of Sootopolis' crater, the Draconids helped quell the resurgence of Primal Groudon and Kyogre's conflict with the help of Rayquaza. In celebration, they created the Sky Pillar on an undisclosed Mirage Island in the hopes of summoning Rayquaza again should disaster strike.

Over time, many became the first Avatars of Hoenn. Eventually, many lost their lives while defending against another meteor event while using their Avatar powers. Today, the draconid people are all but gone; however, some descendants may still live on.

In an alternate universe where Groudon won, the Draconid people use accessories to channel primal or infinity energy to prevent themselves from intoxication or being overwhelmed by these powers.

BACKSTORY

Morgan belonged one of many dragon clans, this group isn't your exact average joe. they are but one of many found and many found in one. this large group lives by a quote, "all of me for all of us." they are: THE HUNDRED DEVOURING FAMILY, a large but hidden clan of dragon worshipers said (believed) to be descendants of the original draconids to date back no more than 500 years prior.

Morgan belonged to the Drake clan of the draconids grandfather had two sons who rivaled each other, however when mateo's father was chosen, morgan's father felt betrayed being the oldest of the two, thus leaving the clan. upon hearing his brothers death, he returned home with the fruits of his ventures to assume what he thought would of been his rightful position. however, to his surprise, his father has retaken his position. gurt, the feeling of unjust and abandonment, morgan's father left once more; however, this time, he left his son, morgan, behind.

Upon his coming of age, Morgan spent his time not with the family but rather venturing around like a free spirit. Not being held down by the rules and laws of the places but rather like a dragon. That did what they wanted when they wanted and dealt with the consequences later. Morgans return to Hoenn was of commence that the rest of his clan and family had gone missing.
